As the two year long CAS project continues, through the meetings I've learned about an insight I have on myself; patience and understanding of others ideas and expectations. Since last week I've grown and learned about this experience, realizing that I need to be more relaxed whith the people I work with when they don't have the same image in their mind as I do. And I need to understand that that is ok. I have a tendency to be somewhat of a dictating leader, opposed to a liberalist leader and that affects the way people interact with me; it might even turn them off to being inspired about the project whatsoever. I believe it is also important to learn from such experience because, people are everywhere and everyday you can find yourself in a situtation that can be controversial to your ideas yet you have to be relaxed and accepting.
